Our Aim
Our aim is to create a safe, empowering community where women affected by domestic abuse find understanding, strength, and hope. We are dedicated to fostering healing through peer support, sharing resources, and advocating for change.
Our Services
Weekly Peer Support Groups
Join our small, supportive groups — in-person in Portsmouth or online across England. In a safe and confidential space, women can share experiences, reduce isolation, and find strength together. Each group is capped at 8 attendees and co-facilitated by two trained volunteers for care and guidance.
Safety Planning Support
Practical, one-to-one support to help you feel safer and more prepared. Sessions focus on personal safety, home security, and planning around risk — available in-person or online, depending on your needs.
Wellbeing Sessions
Take time for yourself with sessions designed to restore and uplift. From mindfulness and relaxation to creative expression and resilience-building, our workshops help nurture your wellbeing.
Advocacy Services
Compassionate, practical support when you need it most. We can help with form filling, letter writing, and attending appointments. Our approach is empowerment-focused — listening, supporting, and signposting to ensure your voice is heard.
