After leaving an abusive relationship, it can be difficult to prioritise your own wellbeing. Many women find themselves exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Our wellbeing sessions are designed to offer gentle spaces to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

Our Approach

Our wellbeing sessions are generally craft-based, using simple, creative activities to help create moments of calm. By focusing on making and creating, we support the brain to slow down, reduce overwhelm, and find space for rest and regulation.
